Eyes are the most prominent feature of our face. Eye makeup needs very attention and it should be done skilfully especially if you wear eye glasses. Eye glasses is a signature part of our look and your eye glasses become your identity.
By avoid following eye makeup mistakes, you will be able to do perfect eye makeup with great confidence.
Concealer:
For girls who wear eye glasses, it would be better to use yellow based concealer because other concealers never give best results in hiding under-eye dark colored skin, it will give grayish look.
Eye shadows:
- When you have a mixture of colors on your hair, lips and eye frames, keep your eye makeup simple.
- If your lip color is bold in day timings then go for minimal eye makeup.
- Eye shadow color should not compliment with your eye frames’ color. Your eyes look dull behind your lenses and it would create no effect.
- Use eye shadows a few shades lighter to color your lids and darker shade to highlight your crease.
- In case of redness around your eyes, stay away from shadows with red or purple undertones.
- Using dark eye shadows like dark brown or applying smokey eye makeup can really make your eyes look tired and lifeless. Use lighter or pastel colors to brighten up your eyes. Because in some cases, through eye glasses, your eyes appear darker then they really are.
Eye Brows:
Eye brows should be shaped in beautiful manner that suits on your face because your eye brows are true frame of your whole face. Eye brows should be compliment the shape and size of your eye glasses frames.Fill the space with light stokes of soft eye pencil.
Eyeliner:
- In case of wearing bold frames, apply bold eyeliner.If your eye glasses frame is thin than your eyeliner should also be thin.
- If you are interested in colored eyeliner, choose few lighter shades then your frames. For black frames, use gray, steel gray, brown and navy colored eyeliner while in case of using light colored frames, opt for taupe or bronze eyeliner.
- Its better to avoid lining your waterline with dark eyeliner, try white or navy eyeliner.
Mascara:
Avoid using mascara on your lower eye lashes because it may look like dark eye circles when it melt off.
