Do you often shop/buy things in order to change your mood? Sometimes when we are in stress, we just crave to shopping. Right? May be there is a relationship between shopping and stress. What do you think about it?

Researchers discovered that shopping addiction is related to the symbols of anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. Retails therapy is also used for stress management.

In fact, I always obsessed with cosmetics. I found a magic in buying beauty and skin care products which become an instant stress reliever for me. Though I am not a regular costumer of some of the particular brands; and I am not a shopping freak but I must say that it always sounds great when you have enough money to buy all your favorite stuff.

Oh my God ! Actually we try to fulfil all our dreams in this way but other people can’t understand the true philosophy and happiness of a shopaholic. Those moments become alive when we shop or buy our “dreamy” stuff.

Yup! Being in a wrong person’s company, it is better to stay alone. And to go to the psychiatrist, it is better to go for shopping and exchange your depression with happiness; Go- Buy- Live!!!

In this regard, to take a ride to a shopping mall or store is far better to go to the doctor’s clinic or hospital. The choice is all yours, my dear friend !!!

Are you too addicted to shopping? Sometimes it is better to lift our mood boost when stressed and give ourselves a treat from time to time to make us cheerful and peaceful but it shouldn’t become a regular habit or compulsory act.  Being out of control in this manner is not an encouraging behavior at all.

Keep shopping but……. spend less. Control yourself so that you would be able to control the upsetting situation you are going through and is a cause of your stress. Remember ! too much addiction of anything is harmful.

Trawling around shops and windows for hours is not a good act. Don’t make it “life-saving” activity or your ultimate weakness.
