Sleeping is a natural behavior, its Nature law. Not only human beings sleep but animals, birds, fishes, insects, trees, plants, flowers; and sometime I feel that rivers, stars, sun, moon, hills and mountains sleep and rest for a while. Even machines need rest to give us fast and steady out put and positive results.

The fact is that comfortable sleep is a blessing of God. Insufficient sleep caused nightmares which is a symbol of poor mental and physical health.

Healthy amount of sleep for an average adult is about 7 to 8 hours each night.
